Yeah , you wont go wrong with the Linksys or the netgear Routers , I've had both & they're good routers , i prefered the netgear device though , configuring the firewall setup was quite a bit more flexable than the linksys's.
buffalo 54g routers are nice too.

3com here - no probs so far (6 months)
I'd vote LinkSys as now there part of Ciscos empire you tend to get much better customisation like NAT, DMZ, Port forwarding etc. compared to the other routers![]()
G4 PowerMac - Tiger 10.4 - 512MB RAM
MacBook - 2Ghz - 1GB RAM - 120GB HDD
Rotel RC970BX | DBX DriveRack |2x Rotel RB850
B&W DM640i | Velodyne 1512
Gotta vote WRT54G - they opensourced the firmware - so theres many different versions going with a lot of added features. Just stick WRT54G into google and have a look.
Now go away before I taunt you a second time.
Just set up my US Robotics Wireless/ADSL Modem Router and it works like a dream. Very very simple to set up. Just figuring out how to open ports on it. Highly Recommended.
The router is located upstairs atm and im getting a good-very good signal thorugh two thick victorian walls.
I have to say im very pleased.
Btw the Bulldog 2mb service is nice too.
