    Can I connect 3 rigs using these?... HERE

    Would it be practical/possible as a home network?

    Yes, it should work, however the speed of the connection will be 1Mbit/s.

    remember the 100m is the maximum distance without obstruction - as long as there aren't too many walls, doors or people

    Yes it would Unless you have over a 1mbit connection you would be running with full bandwidth.
