A decent router with Gbit ethernet?

Can anyone recommend a really good router that includes Gbit Ethernet ports. Firmware/software in good shape and not buggy as hell. Easy and proper working port forwarding.

My current router, doesn't have that good port forwarding. Gaming is a bit of a hit and miss, wondering if my port forwarding actually is properly set or not.
The wireless is dodgy.
Wireless can't stream a 1080p without stuttering.
Ethernet port is only 100 so my NAS is limited (as both computer and NAS can do 1000).

Those are my main problems.

I would easily recommend the tp-link wl1043nd. the default firmware is ok but it really comes alive when you install openwrt or ddwrt

Watch out with some of the routers that advertise gigabit but not all ports are actually gigabit speeds.

It may sometimes be worth getting a 100Mb router and a 1Gb switch.

I used to use a Netgear WNDR3700 and it was very good. Very stable and very easy to use.

I've got a Billion 7800N, gives you awesome ADSL speeds. Can also be used as a cable router (has a WAN port). 4x gigabit ports

ADSL. I thought I wouldn't include that in case I switched over to cable.

I can't seem to find that anywhere. Even on the TP-Link site.

Its been replaced by the 2543nd by the looks of it which is the same hardware but with 5ghz support

Cisco 877w/857w with external gigabit switch.

Basically fire and forget.

Draytek 2920. It is just a router/gateway device, and you would need an ADSL modem or BT infinity modem to use it with either of those two services. There are other Draytek devices with 10base1000 switches and integrated modems.
