About 3 months ago, I asked Central Point Broadband to give me their 2mb service. I rang up and they said that my local exchange didnt have the technology to recieve 2mb and that a 1mb was the maximum. So I Asked for the 1mb service anyway because they give great value (£25p/m). So Anyway It took 2 weeks to cancel my current account with another isp and then I rang up to confirm my order. I asked this time when I would be able to upgrade my 1mb line to a 2mb line. They said they couldnt tell at that time.
Ok.
So I wait about 15 days for them to activate my line. Today is this day and something has gone array. I am Connected at 2mbit.
Now, Do I ring up 1st thing monday and ask whats happened? Or do I wait until my statement comes thru to see what they are charging me?
I dont understand why at 1st they said I was gonna have to wait to get a 2mb line, then the second time I ring, they say they have no idea when I will be able to upgrade. Then when Im switched on, I have a service they said I couldnt get.
Funny eh?
