    my zte modem datacard damaged,how do i restore it?

    i tried upgrading my zte mf100 modem to a higher grade and on the process lost connection. When i tried connecting the modem again the flash light doesnt come and i keep receiving a message that the datacard has been damaged.it doesnt pick automatically when you insert the modem into the pc. In short,the ports doesnt recognize the modem.please help me solve this problem

    If this was supplied by your mobile phone provider, you should contact them.
