Yeah, unforunately some areas weren't increased yesterday.

However, i found a website that you might find useful Zak33, or anyone who hasn't yet been upgraded for that matter:

From there you can check when your specific postal area will recieve the upgrade.

those of you on the 1Mbit service through your set top box will have to wait till september for the upgrade so everyone has a chance to get those nice silver samsung stb's.
