    NTL Internet Speed Upgrades Rolled Out!

    Well it seems as though a large proportion of NTL customers, myself included, have recieved the speed hike that we were promised

    If you reset your modem/stb and click on the following link http://www.ntlhell.co.uk/forums/speedtest/meter.php you will hopefully see a healthy increase in bandwidth

    Anyone on the cambridge or newmarket exchange been upped yet? I'm still stuck on a poxy 1mb, gawd I may aswell be on dialup *kicks at floor*

    I believe NTL are no where NEAR their infra structure limit....I believe they have "breathing room"

    woo. i can now download almost five times faster than i can upload... at least the price hasn't gone up yet (it will for telephone and digtal tv services in september )

    ntl have quite a bit of room in those cables, but wait for the analogue tv shutdown - they're then be masses of room for them to increase our bandwidth through that lovely coaxial cable.

    TV will be going up because the price that SKY charge NTL for their channels is going up - they are just passing on the increase.

    Afaik only call waiting & voicemail options are increasing from £1.50 ->1.75
