    Cheapest gigabit router for dd-wrt?

Anyone got suggestions for a good router for dd-wrt that has gigabit ports?

Cheapest new probably the TP-Link TL-WR1043ND.

Mines been pretty solid but then I don't use it as my primary router, just to test and play with DD-WRT.

I'd recommend the same - I've got one (bought with DD-WRT in mind) but the standard firmware isn't actually that bad.

Got Infinity Option 2 coming (80/20) so will see how it holds up with that

What about cheapest off ebay? That's about £50 which is more than I'd like to pay ideally.

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-Link-TL-W...1952555&sr=8-1

£42.40 on Amazon, with free delivery.

I doubt you'll get one much cheaper than that new.

Re: Cheapest gigabit router for dd-wrt?

Secondhand there isn't that many to chose from with a decent flash size (8mbit+) and gigabit switch, however keep an eye out for the D-Link DIR-825 rev B1/B2 (Atheros) or Netgear WNR3500L (Broadcom), also the Cisco Linksys WRT320N and WRT610N (Broadcom), they can all go for over £40 so it probably best to get the TL-WR1043ND.

I wish there was a router that had an ADSL modem, cable (wan) support, gigabit, wireless N and supported both Tomato/DDWRT
