    Modem move...

She who must be obeyed wants me to move all of my PC gear out of one of our bedrooms into another, and I'm just pondering what to do about the Cable connection to the SuperHub. At the moment, the terminal for the cable is in the main bedroom, and is cabled into the box room, where I have my desk, PCs etc. I also have a homeplug, which inks to a switch downstairs for the telly/PS3, etc. So, should I move the modem into the other bedroom, which is on the other side of the main bedroom from the study, and re-tack everything, or should I just leave the modem where it is, get another homeplug and switch, and plug the PCs in that way? Can you even get single homeplugs?

    Re: Modem move...

I'd go with physically moving the modem. It'd get everything moved and keep the boss happy plus it'd be cheaper as you won't be buying more homeplugs and switches.
