    Which router is actually better

Currently I am using a Sitecom Wireless N Gigabit LAN wl-351 router.

Yesterday while in a local second hand shop I picked up a perfectly working Linksys WRT320N dual band Wireless N Gigabit LAN router for €2.95.

I do not know a lot about network hardware and the Sitecom is working fine, we did have an issue with it a while back where it would just lock up for no reason and have to be rebooted but updating the firmware seemed to solve it and so far it has 39 days of uptime without a hicup.

So given the choice between the 2 which is the better of the 2 to use?

Re: Which router is actually better

    it already is

I installed DD-WRT on it within an hour of getting home

I also clocked it down to 300Mhz because apparently they have a broadcom 300Mhz CPU in it that linksys overclocked to 364Mhz causing overheat problems.

I really like that shop they don't have the slightest clue what anything is worth. Last week I got a Kenwood 6 Disc CD Changer that plugged right into the back of our Kenwood car Stereo, it had never been installed in a car and some parts like the Disc magazine were still in the original wrapping. I paid the tidy sum of €7.50 for it.
