ok, i dunno if this is the right place to post this thred, if not sum1 let me no where...

rite, i bought a case off ebay, i paid for it using my debit card on paypal, i then got an email from ebay saying that the auction was null and void and the seller is no lionger registered due to account suspicion of the seller, the money has alredy been taken from my account, i hav emailed both ebay and the seller but have recieved no reply, and no refund, can anyone gimme sum help??

your pretty much 'rubber ducked' tbh mate, choose your sellers more wisely, you may get some cash though

he had 100% feebak, until i bought from him, then after i had paid he got all this negative feedback, and he ran an ebay shop, so he seemed reputeable enuf

You can apply for a charge back from PayPal.Contact PayPal to get the ball rolling asap.

i rang the guy last nite, and he said that the case has been shipped, so i gonna give it a couple days, to see if it arrives, if not il ring him again, and then try to get my money back

maybe theres hope yet, ebay is usefull but you gotta sift through the chaf to get the wheat

very philosophical, hopefully itl come, its a cheapy zorro rip off like, but its better than the one i have at the moment, if it doesnt come i shal just have to keep looking, are there any PC shops or sellers on ebay that you would reccomend??
