From the above screenshot it looks like you've only added Google public DNS servers to IPv6 stack and not to IPv4 where you still have 192.168.1.254 which is your default gateway and DHCP server. It shouldn't make any difference to have both as 192.168.1.254 should be resolving your names locally and/or forwarding public queries to ISP's DNS server or root hints.

Turning IPv6 will have no bearing on DNS resolution problems. Pinging IP address of DNS server is not an indication of DNS server actually functioning and resolving names....

I was only trying to help, and indeed just starting the first steps of diagnostics.

what do i do because internet doesn't last if unplug the adapter then plug it back in it works for a bit
