Connect Wired LAN to other kit wirelessly

OK upstairs I have my ADSL wired router. I have 2 pc connected to it.
Downstairs I have my freeview box and PS2.
What wireless bits and bobs do I need to connect the LAN upstairs to the kit downstairs?

    Thanks

So that goes upstairs, plugged into the LAN, then any downstairs equipment needs the relevant HW to connect to that?

What you need is a wireless access point plugged into your router. This gives you a wireless network to connect to. Then you need a wireless connection from the downstairs devices to that. If both the downstairs boxes have wired ethernet connections, then I suggest using another access point with both that and the upstairs one configured in wireless bridge mode with the downstairs boxes wired into the second AP. 2 Linksys WAP54Gs in wireless bridge mode would fit the bill nicely, with a hub plugged into the downstairs jobby.
