    What is going wrong?

I am having a problem with my network. I keep losing my broadband connection at the most inopportune moments, ie just before recording with my nova-t usb when recording with showshifter and at the vital part of a dawn of wargame? Now I am not sure if this is my isp (bulldog) or my netgear dg834g? Please no gratuitous netgear bashing! (unless absolutely necessary).
