    sharing files over a network

not sure why i've never looked into this, but i feel it's about time.

what are some of the ways of sharing files over a network? so far what i've been doing, i setup an ftp server and would just send\receive files that way since when on the network, it transfers at LAN speeds, which is so much faster than internet speeds, which i like.

Re: sharing files over a network

    Regular Windows File Sharing?

Really simple, all done through Explorer works the same way as a normal drive. A very quick search will turn up guides on how to set it up (it's not hard)
