    DLink Support

I have been trying to set up a printer to work wireless off a Dlink 2740 router. Running the default process I obtain a connection but no IP address is assigned so the printer which presents other problems. The printer manufacturer help desk went through the process and connection results and say all is well for them, the problem must be down to Dlink.
Unfortunately the support desk - web based, look up answers that have already been given, none matched!

Are there any other support methods with Dlink or a UK support desk?

    Re: DLink Support

Have you tried assigning the printer an IP address via MAC filtering?

A quick skim of the manual suggests the settings you want are under Advanced > WLAN MAC FILTER

    |TAKTAK: "It was so small that mine wouldn't fit into it"|
