Goddamn you NTL!!!

Two weeks ago I booked a move of my services from Cambridge to Manchester. Keep getting told it was being processed and sorted. Still no date. Got through today after an hour on hold and guess what???

I get disconnected here on Monday.. and reconnected....

On the 10th of January!

Needless to say I flipped my lid (politely) and nothing, nada.. zip. Im so utterly disgusted at this utter shambles. They are useless, utterly useless.

Well the home move department of NTL is open again on Monday at 9am. I shall be on that phone right on the nose to try to get this complete joke sorted. Im just so peeved right now at the completely stupid manner in which they have conducted themselves so far.... with something to simple

Well they haven't improved. Im stuck on dialing up on my mobile phone!

Why? Well they installed my services and cocked the lot up. First my phone worked, then boxing day.. it stopped working. No one in tech support until today. My cable modem didn't work at all and they are going to repair that tomorrow.. my TV... settop box freezes up.

Overall... THEY SUCK!

Sorry to hear that shorty, NTL is all regionalised offices now, and i've had tremendous service. Phoned up on Wednesday a few weeks back to get join NTL and was connected and working with the lot the friday morning by midday.

Engineer turned up when he was supposed to, knew what he was doing, even had the decency to make me up a few cables to allow me to flexibly move the computer, and cable box where i wanted them.

Its been ace. Hope you get a better person to organise the change this week. As in my experience its all about the individuals you get to deal with your case.

you shouldnt be surprised, We have had nothing but probems with ntl.

They cut us off every month without fail, claiming that we havnt paid the bill..when we pay it the same day it arrives via bacs. Well within the payment dates. Then every month after waiting on hold for at least an hour we argue with them to get re-connected...useless.

Then the internet will die every few days, so its another hr long phone call, only to be told by the operator that 'everything is fine' and that its our fault, despite us not touching the connection.... Abolsutely the worst customer service ever...and I thought 3 were bad..
