Anyone else in the Manchester area getting T3 timeouts on a regular basis?
I'm getting them roughly 2-3 times a day at the moment so checking before I ring them to speak to their support team.

I'm getting them roughly 2-3 times a day at the moment so checking before I ring them to speak to their support team.
t3 timeouts are created when the modem is interrupted for a short time when talking to local switch (UBR), power levels, snr and various things can affect this, call in to VM tech support and get a run down on power adjustments and insertion fails, if its an area fault they will let you know, if its local to you then they should book a tech. im not in to thursday if you want me to check it.

Spoke to Virgin who spotted an issue with the router on a thursday at 6pm. Engineer was round the very next day at 4pm to remove the offending superhub 2AC and replace it with a new one.
