    Unhappy Exceptionally Slow Broadband

    Hi

I live in an area of Britain that the government, BT and ISP's claim has fibre internet. Now we are, I know for certain "right on the end of the line"...
So I want to ask, is there anything that I can do to get BT to speed up our internet, we phone them up and they tell us it's fine.
I use a netgear DGN series router, and we have not had it for very long, moved from our previous residence with faster internet, to our current residence, at which we have always had slow internet...
    Please could you help me!

    Regards

if the wiring comming in has an orange wire clip it it's the old bell wire causes noise ..

What do you mean by that expression? Do you have fibre or not?

As above we need to know which service you've signed upto, what speeds your getting and what speed you were advised you should get when you signed up.
