Anyone else with a Virgin email address that's receiving and not sending
First time I noticed was last night. Still broken today.
CAN send from web mail but not from Windows LiveMail 2012
Incoming working fine though.

I signed up to the forum to ask and turns out loads of people have the same issue. Luckily a nice chap answered immediately.
If Virgin had a status page that worked, all would be well..... I'd know to leave it and wait.
But the only status page I can use is the one connected to my account and it says my Broadband is fine... which is odd as I don't HAVE virgin broadband.

And that's because having signed up I was provided with Hot topics.. which didn't include this issue, though it clearly is hot.
Poor mods at Virgin.. they must spend all day answering the same stuff and replying with "Check your Status" even though .. we can't

Virgin have been switching their email backend providers and loads of people have reported problems. Are you sure it's not sending - do you get an error or are your recipients simply not getting it?

I am sending now.. but they don't arrive.
But lets ignore that farce for a moment.
I am being bombarded with inbound emails pertaining to my thread on the VM forums.
No trouble.. log in and switch it off like you do here.. unsubscribe from the thread.
Except.. my username and password don't work now.
No problem.. click Forgotten password (though I haven't forgotten it.. I have it here) ...and no email arrived
Did that 4 days ago.. and tried again now.. no email.
So... cant log in to unsubscribe, and cant retrieve password and cant send successfully via Virgin
a tad messy!
