    FAO Flash

Mate, just wanted to publicly thank you for all the help you've given me over the last few days.

I was tearing my hair out at the least and at the worst it was getting embarassing not being able to get the ADSL connected, I was starting to look like a right muppet..

Along you come and save the day..

Shame that they had been given the wrong info and ADSL just wasn't possible, but I'd still be there now, faffing about if you hadn't have stepped in and helped out.

Cheers matey, you're a STAR OF THE HIGHEST ORDER!

Flash, just to let you know, a BT engineer called at my bro-in-laws work today... he spent a few hours there and (this is third hand info) switched the lines to a thicker wire and got the ADSL working!

I'm so totally NOT clued up on this, I thought that 11.8Km from the exchange was way too far... but they've had the modem synched with the server and even connected one machine through it... dunno how, but they've done it!
