Ping issues when me and my lan mate are on the same gaming server!!

It works fine if were on different servers, but as soon as we join same server it goes u p and down like a yoyo. from 30-1500 and then down again. We have both done as much as we can when it comes to checking for spyware,viruses. we have anti virus/firewalls disabled. Spysweeper,avast,spybot,bit defender. adware.

We are going through a vigor 2200 USB Router

We jsut dont knwow ot to do anymore

Any help would be appreciated

There are ports you have to open on the router.

Some people have had no end of problems with things like this, good luck.
