Nope..I haven't.I applied for the 1mb pack in september when I was first offered it,I'm still waiting to hear about it.If I try online I just get" I've already applied for it".When i phone them i get "I've already applied for it and its being decided".If it wasn't such a mess on i'd change to telewest for my internet, phone and digi tv...

I havn't found them too bad....a little over priced (I am paying £60 a month deirect debit for BB and phone...most of this seems to be the BB and general service charges) but they are pretty helpful tech wise and customer support has been good! The over pricedness of it will be tolerable if I get a free 2MB connection out of them....check the web sites man - they r upgrading all 512 and 1meg to 2meg!!!!
Sound too good to be true...????

    Upgraded?

I went from 512 to 1mb back in October, but now it has slowed down to 10k/s

BT seem to be having a lot of problems with their service.

Also the service is now capped lower - there is a price to pay for the extra speed - if you ever get it. I'd recommend F2S for anyone changing.

getting a faster line is all well and good but the download caps are so small you gotta be carefull because you will race through your limit in no time.

I can't wait for my 1mb to get bumped upto 2mb, with my download limit staying at 30gb, hasn't happened yet though, email i received telling me about it said it would happen between 17th Feb and 9th March. Anyone had their's upgraded yet? If so, any problems?

Had my upgrade on the 27th of Feb. Not a great deal of difference whilst surfing but with video's it is lightning! Getting average download speeds of 230kb/s!

Never had a problem with the BT service, lets hope it stays that way after 3 years!
