Bonding broadband services
Evening gentlefolk,
How do you 'bond' two broadband services together and what modem would you recommend for this purpose please?
Background: I have a site that has two broadband connections but both are into a BTHub 3. 1 line to the ADSL port and the other to the Infinity port. My understanding (and that of the BT support desk) is that it is either one or the other but I am prepared to learn.
Thanks in advance
Re: Bonding broadband services
It needs to be bonded at both ends of the link and only some ISPs offer the service. The set up you have is designed for backup, if one line fails, the router falls back to the other.
A quick search found these - but I have not used them (or any broadband bonding service)
