bandwidth control

hello , I currently have a lan setup up so my younger bro can access my broadband connection, I had a proggie to control the bandwidth to stop him hoggin it, but the trial/demo ran out on that. Just curious if anyone would happen to know how I could set the amount of Bandwidth he recieves, or if anyone has any info on any Freeware programmes.

Is good but not free....

Look on www.tucows.com as there are a few tools that do this just depends on your setup as to what one you use...

If hes using p2p softare you know in some of them you can limit the bandwidth in the settings? You would need to set make sure he doesnt have program install and change privileges tho....
