    I emailed them once n got an answer the next day, few mails backwards n forwards issue was sorted out, no complaints here

    Router is fine, always was fine, I am concerned about the network card.

    The lovely chaps at Netgear seem to have fixed the problem, and if it breaks again i have an rma number. It takes ages as they work through the list of possible problems but they are thorough and we got there in the end.

    Fingers crossed it continues to work
