VPN Suggestions - Must have a Manchester server location/IP

    Happy NY all

Has anyone here used a VPN service which has a Manchester, UK IP/server as an option?

We've been using PureVPN but for whatever reason it's Windows app has died today so do need to use another one as it is impacting our work. Companies make it incredibly cumbersome to find out which cities they support exactly!

Don't need anything too heavy, literally just location masking for 1/2 users.

CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

Yes I use "Private Internet Access" and they have a Manchester UK connection.

Think default is 5 users at any one time.

I am new so cannot post you a link.

    Hi Terbinator,

I am also PureVPN user from last couple of years and I also faced same issue sometimes. But, in last month, I complain on support forum of PureVPN and a person suggest me to reinstall a new app which recently update by PureVPN. It is much better user interface as compare to previous and easy to connect with any server. And a good thing is, on the app it gives an option of live chat to discuss all of your concern and get an instant answer. So, you should try a new app and then decide either you need to switch or still use.

    Thank You.

Just for information so you know, I use Nord VPN. There is no option to pick a Manchester location, Selecting UK always seems to put me in London.

I use IPVanish and I'm pretty sure they have a Manchester server. UK locations are Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London if memory serves

Slightly late, but for the benefit of anyone reading this in the future.... Unfortunately having an end point in a specific city doesn’t guarantee reduced latency, it’s still got to go via your ISP’s core network and if that happens to be not in Manchester, you’re potentially better off choosing an end point with better latency to it than your location.

I vouch for PIA too. Been using them for a good couple years now and never really seem to have a problem. The mace feature is great on android. Blocks most ads, some still get through though.

Been using mullvad for a while now, with wireguard. They have a split tunnelling feature that I use to allow things to bypass the VPN like games.

Re: VPN Suggestions - Must have a Manchester server location/IP

I also use Private Internet Access, and as previously mentioned they do have a Manchester server option. It seems to be a solid service, but I have found their speed maxes out at about 170Mb/s, if that's an issue...
