Can you get a combined wifi-to-wired ethernet adapter and ethernet hub?

Basically, I'd like something than I could connect several devices to and get the speed of wired ethernet between the devices, and that connects to the internet via wifi.
Something like a typical wifi router, but that uses the wifi as the internet connection instead of an ADSL/Broadband wired connection.

I could presumably get the same effect with a WiFi to wired ethernet adapter and a separate wired ethernet hub/switch, but I was wondering if there are any combined units.
Dual band wifi is a requirement - it seems less prone to speed dropouts than 2.4Ghz band only wifi.

You basically want a range extender with ethernet ports.

Have you got any old routers lying around which would take OpenWRT, DD-WRT, or similar?
Some stock firmwares may support this too, but basically you set the router to connect via Wifi to the existing network.
Try googling something like "attach dd-wrt to existing wifi" and go from there.
If you don't have any existing hardware then AGTDenton's suggestion is going to be a lot easier to use although perhaps not as versatile (OpenWRT especially - while hard to use - is basically a full Linux router.)

Thanks - No suitable old routers, but the EX7000 looks to have everything I'd want (and some extras, like a media server), so something to add to my upgrades list - although it looks as though that particular model may be in short supply or discontinued. Scan shows it as end of life, and amazon as unavailable. But now I know what to look for I can check around once I've sorted some PC upgrades that I need to do first. Thanks again!

TPLink used to do a good one but that's discontinued as well. They have options with only a single Ethernet port, which would mean for multiple devices you'd need a further switch.

ASUS have a few options but expensive.

An alternative to WiFi could be a powerline adaptor, I find them very stable and low latency for gaming use. One of my tp-link AV1000 plugs even has three ethernet jacks on it, but unless you get one on offer like I did it is probably cheaper to get a 5 port switch and a single ethernet version. The other option is a mesh system. I have a set of tp-link Deco S4 units in access point mode which work alongside the powerline plugs. They only have two ethernet sockets per unit, but they can be used as either networking in or out (I use mine as a powerline backhaul so the wifi only has to serve client devices). Bit costly though, mine are about £130 for three units, but I do have very good wifi with this setup.
