In the market for a new router

My BT Hub seems to be on its way out, it won't show a 5Ghz network (so no wireless VR!) and I'm getting some weird things going on with my TV which won't connect to the Internet even though its is connected to the router and all other devices are fine, I've paused my Pihole to test so I know its not that. I'm using Plusnet with FTTC and have an unused router I can use as the modem.

I'm looking for something no more than maybe £100, I need to be able to use my Pihole, device blocking by time and if possible device bandwidth restriction options.

It doesn't need to be anything fancy, I have a couple of powerline adapters for devices that WiFi doesn't quite reach. I guess something I could plug a HDD into for a cheap NAS could be useful but not essential.

Any suggestions?
