HTTP Tunnel Software

WOOhOO.

Hi all - just thought i would ask if anyone knows of any free HTTP tunnelling software that doesnt restrict your speed.

I know there is HTTPTunneler which works well but is slow unless you pay for it. I ideally want a free one that will work with all sorts of protocols such as msn, irc, some other comms progs etc.
