How can they be so cheap????? Anywho....
I am probably going to sign-up to them at the weekend.

Has anybody had any probs. with them?
They seem rather un-professional, e.g. oyu have to pay by paypal or cheque/PO why not a card area?
Are their T&Cs standard - they appear a bit harsh (I have shoved them HERE)
Basicalluy should I go with them?

i wouldnt worry about T&Cs i read it for my friend when he was looking for a place. Then they seemed reasonable no porn pyramid rubbish etc. I think its just to cover themselves if you do anything dodgy. They could have changed a bit from then though and im not going to read all that again.
As far as reliablity. I have only ever known it to be down once for less than one day.
Nothing has ever been lost and it seems they have expanded a little recently and got another couple of nameservers or something. These cheap ones are all basically the same. email support and thats about it. my friend and his dad both use dream-hosting.
