I've had a few niggly problems in the past too!

When I was still using ICS at home, I had mega problems... Can't remember how I got it working, but in the end only the guest machines could communicate between each other, none of them could see the host!

Now I use bridged networking at home and at work, and it works quite well! Though I did have to disable all other network connections, except the wireless card and NIC, before hand!

What was up with your setup?

I have found it a very valuable tool at work! I use it daily!
