All our existing 4 meg @ctive customers will soon be enjoying an even faster service at no extra cost.

We’ll commence upgrading all @ctive areas to 8 meg from June 15th and anticipate that this process will take up to 2 weeks.

If you're a current @ctive customer, Bulldog will provide the fastest speed that your phone line will support, up to 8 meg. You won't have to do anything.

Never used it. Thing is for the price you may aswell get a second line with them for your ADSL and just use BT as normal

you have to pay line rental which £10.50.

as iMc says you do have to pay the rental but its included in the price that they state on their site (dont know what that is now but im paying £30 a month)

Just a bit of an update to this. Bulldog4 users (those that signed up for the 4MB adsl service before Bulldog started offering their phone & adsl package) are also eligible for this upgrade.

The line rental is the same as BT but it you go for the superactive service you get free local and national calls

Just got Bulldog 4mb, getting around 3.5 atm, but 300mb in 11 mins i cant complain at that! will see if I get this 8mb upgrade as when this freebee usb modem connects, it connects at 8mb.
