They *should* e-mail you a bill in PDF format every month to the e-mail you used to sign up with them.

I'd check it out unless you want to be footed for 6 months worth in one lump? Then again I hear CS are impossible to get through to.
I'm in the same boat as well. Ever since C&W took over they've not took a single payment.
I've tried to ring them, spoke to various sheep in different departments who all promise that "they will get somebody to ring back to rectify this"
3 weeks later in the style of Elton John... ... I'm still waiting... yeah yeah yeah
Erm, I've also checked and had no payments come out for at least 2 months!
And their CS isn't that bad to get through to, every time I've tried, I've managaed, though one time it did take 20 mins... but I kind of expect that from any CS dept these days, they don't seem to care anymore, and that's a comment about ANY company.
Well I got a bill today for £179 for the whole of this years usage up to now
I am rather miffed that they sent it all in one go the gits.

Yeh they didn't take my money last month so I have got to pay double this month. Their customer services is shocking. They don't reply to emails for up to 20 days, and your lucky if you can get through on the phone. Even when you do they act as if the problem is being sorted out so your left in the dark again.
