    Question Wireless Network - Recommendations

Looking to set up ADSL in the flat, but due to where the phone point is, a wired network isnt an option with a 2yr old around, so I plan the following

One of the 108 ADSL wireless routers (anyone recommend one)

& a wireless access point, again 108 speeds which will be plugged into either a 5 port or 8 port gigabit switch which will have various things connected.

Will it be ok for gaming etc.. & is what ive suggested ideal?

    Thanks

If you have a wireless router, why would you need a wireless access point? Unless you're planning on getting one that you know can be used as a repeater for whatever router you've selected.
