Plus.net gone down

Looks like Plusnet 's email and website has gone down.....Appears that the Broadband netowork is ok.

Could someone else try www.plus.net to confirm for me?

The Plusnet Web site doesn't work for me either. ADSL is up. Plusnet e-mail is working for me.

We are not connect to plusnet broadband currently, ( in office ) so it might be that anyone outside of the plusnet network cannot recieve email.


Has anyone got the number for customer services?

Just got through to someone in tech support.....their DNS servers have gone down and could take between 4-8 hrs to refresh the net.

I've just tested it from a plusnet line and Nildram line. It appears that if your outside of the plusnet network you wont be able to connect to email or the web site. If your on the plusnet network ou'll be fine!

They have been having DNS server problems aparently, so the things they host could have problems, website and webmail, the e-mail servers seem to have taken a hit as well. But the conectivity is fine.

I'm at work on our line, which is at a University :S

Still works fine for me, and I'm pretty sure we don't use Plus.net hehe
