    Question HTTP proxys WHY disconnecting msn or timing out?

    hi i have setup a gprs http proxy on xp sp2 with my e700 etc.it works fine but cuts out gaim or msn etc after 5-10minutes of use.same with loading websites... why is this.and is there a way to stop it or a alternative method to connect via gprs... i have tesco mobile with is via o2-uk...

    are you using UPnP on a router? that usually causes disconnects with things like this.

    i purely connect via data cable and e700 to usb... is HTTP proxy usually stable then???
