    Bulldog appearing on Watchdog tonight

According to someone over at adslguide's forums (http://bbs.adslguide.org.uk/showthre...anded&sb=5&o=0), Bulldog are set to appear on Watchdog tonight at 7pm on BBC1.

They've supposedly received over 500 complaints concerning Bulldog, so to any unhappy or potential Bulldog customer here it's probably worth a watch.

I'm with bulldog - good ADSL speeds same their CS and Payments department couldn't tell the difference between their arses and elbows

Had an email from watchdog asking if they could pass my complaint to BD if required regarding their total lack of communication and inability to do a simple thing like process a payment.

Do you hear that noise.... its the sound of WD cocking their shotgun to let bully have it with both barrels

I've been with bulldog for nearly a year with no problems. I download a fair bit and had not letter saying to calm it down.
But, I havn't had to ring the customer services until lately. Wasn't too bad but the foreign guy didn't understand my accent so it took twice as long to get stuff sorted than it should have.
I got a letter in the post from them saying that they appologise for the cr@p customer service and they are doing their upmost to fix the problem.

Like WildmonkeyUK mentioned earlier, Bulldog's Customer and Payments deparment really don't know the difference between their arseholes and elbows and this especially holds true for me.

Not since Feburary this year they haven't taken a single penny from my direct debit account even though they've sent me bills up till last month. Even though I've cancelled my contract with them I don't think it has even been processed yet since I can still connect to them. So just to be on the safe I've cancelled the DB, so it's interesting to see what they'll do now.

e-LAN-go : we're not the only ones with similar issues like this. Quite a few people who are still on a BT line with bulldog as their ISP ( instead of going for the LLU option ) are affected like this.

I've never once moaned about their speed or reliability as its been excellent, just about their CS/Payments/Tech

I must admit over the last several months their speed and reliability has been good but they really need to sort out their administration.

I guess ultimately I'll have to hold the parent company Cable & Wireless responsible and last I heard they were pointing the finger at BT for some reason over their LLU products but I guess that's got nothing to do with non-LLU customers like myself.
