My friend, I used to use them long, long ago for webhosting.. atleast I think it was them.

No complaints from either of us, I think you will probably find the same from everyone else

been using them since I switched from Nildram - £8 a month cheaper and twice the download speed. Absolutely no complaints, my modem has been connected for 93 days since it was last rebooted and that was only because i had to switch it off to move it!

I've been with Freedom2Surf since March 2004, and never had any downtime caused by them. Any problems I have had have been due to my router or modem.

The connection I am on now is fantastic, 2mb/s connection for £24.99 and no caps.

Would very much recommend them myself.

I'm using them, and I would recommend them except if you are looking to save some isk, um money, then they might not be ideal. For example their uncapped 2-8mbit prices are £25 + vat a month, and they are planning to introduce 24mbit adsl2+ at the same price (as far as I can tell).

They are pretty good on the customer service and control panel point of view, and the performance is consistent, though I must say their customer service has been a *little* slow to reply lately.

Good isp for those who will pay for troublefree operation..

Used F2S on their unlimited 512kb service from Dec 2003 - May 2004, but left for UK Online as it got expensive at £22.50PM.

Very reliable and stable connections, did call their CS once in a while and got through quite quickly.

Zen, Eclipse and F2S are all highly rated imo you cant go wrong with either of them.

Zen are basicly the best, but you do pay through the nose for it. The 512 service we're on costs £25 a month. If we were in a better area we could probably get 2Mb for less, but then, it'd come with caps, and no usenet servers, and the customer service would be crap, and it'd be a 12 month contract.
