It there a way to monitor my bandwidth usage

ISP's do this .. but i am currently thinking of switching off NTL.. so i wondered if there was a way to measure my total usage for a month to see what sort of cap i would be able to live with as ATM i have no idea.. it would also be a usefull figure to know

Lets you monitor daily/weekly/monthly/annual bandwidth. Allows you to moderate the bandwidth available to an application.

Cracking program, there's a demo version (iirc) but it's well worth the money in the long run.

dumeter is great for just monitoring bandwidth useage on one PC. If you have multiple PCs and are using a router then you could take a look at PRTG/MRTG if the router supports SNMP monitoring.
