    Bandwith Throttling

    Im looking for a cheap'ish wired cable/dsl throttling router. anyone know of any good ones or could recommend any?

    only thing i can think of is one of the linksys ones with a hacked firmware, short of something really industrial in nature. Or set up your own smoothwall/moonwall etc box,

    i know the draytek 2600 plus and 2800's are meant to do it

    draytek 2600 plus will allocate bandwidth per port.

    failing that looks at a linux based router distro.

    pretty sure dlink sell a "gaming" router that might help you? Otherwise it's either going to be a linux box or a not-cheap-cisco-type router.
