Port forwarding on a LinkSys Wireless Router?

Just bought a cable / broadband router, the LinkSys Wireless G broadband router WRT54G - I'm wondering how I setup port forwarding of port 80 (www) and port 21 (ftp) - the CD that came with it won't load so I can't view the extended manual.

Any help would be great thanks

IE tries to load it, and after a minute or two of very slow progress in the bar, it times out
