looking for new net supplier

ok i need a new net supplier simply because NTL are cappin connctions in march and i run vnp servers with my friends so we up and down ALOT. need connection that is about 10mb like ntl will but without caps and without it costing stupid money. spos i cud stretch to about 40 quid. wish i lived in london id use bulldog or wateva it is but sadly i dont.

There are currently some issues with BeThere (that they're currently trying to resolve) - basically they don't have enough support staff, so their support is a little unimpressive to say the least, although at least they've admitted as much to the likes of ISPReview.
If you phone them during the daytime currently you can expect to be holding for 30 minutes before speaking to someone, and may need to wait several days for a response to an email - at least that's been my experience so far.
Since they have outlined their recruitment and other plans to improve their service, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for the time being - £28/month for 24Mbit with fixed IP address and no bandwidth limits is hard to beat, so if they can sort out the problems they should be very worthwhile - especially with a £120+ wireless+VOIP ADSL router thrown in.
