Broadband on incoming calls only line?

    Hi,

I was wondering, can you get broadband on a BT phone line that has incoming calls only? I've just bought a house and don't really need a phoneline, just for broadband, so would like the cheapest line rental possible.

    Cheers

The permission of who? So if's it under my name, I'll need to give permission, or do I need to ask BT for their permission?

Yeah, your permission, said that because in her case the line is provided by her landlord, who needed to ok it, but it is billed seperately so its cool.

I know somone who went from a normal line, to a incoming only and still has ADSL services to this day (about 5 months later). Maybe a loophole ?
