PHP to POST nuke migration

Currently running my site on PHP nuke but have been told its full of security flaws so am wanting to go over to Postnuke.

Is there anything there that will actually convert the database and things like that on my site into Postnuke as I don't want to lose the user database.

Been told there is a way of doing it, but have no idea how.

Any ideas anyone at all ??

There is no current way of doing this automatically, the only way to do it is to manually edit the mysql database to work with postnuke (which i gather is rather difficult).
