Cheap USB Print Server?

Next year im going to my a house, which as wired network points to everyone, and i though i might set the printer up one the network so anyone can use it, like at home.

But a lot of the printers done seam to have paralell ports, only USB. (im just about to buy the printer)
- So i thought "no worrys, i'll get a usb printerserver"
- After all, the (paralel) one at home was only like £10
- But wow, the usb ones are all £45-50!!
- Am i missing somthing here, why are they so much more
- Is there anywhere i can get a cheaper one?
