Help setting up wireless to get on the net

ok if i have my 192.168.0.1 network which runs with cables on and i have a wireless network aswell and say set IP's to 10.0.0.1 how does 10.0.0.1 get online will it just go online if i try to connect over the LAN

i am unsure if this is going to be a problem because not got me adsl till thursday

am i going to have to set up a proxy? to get the both LAN's to connect unsure about proxies tbh
