    Start Port. End Port?

Ok I will need to do some port forwarding soon, however on my router in port redirection it as the option for an end port??

The port I'm opening up is 4 digits long which would go in the start port, but whats the end port for?

    Thanks

its so you can open 10 or more ports at once. Say you want port 1000 open, you can open 1000 to 1010 just cause you can.

and then you cant flash it back either...

mine doesnt lock up though, lan always works, but it gives me dns errors and blocks sites till its restarted, and then usuaulyl it cant restart... + it seems a lot better with only 3 pcs conencted to it, my brothers one probly gave it a lot of work to do as he was always playing cs and stealing my d/l bandwidth
