    Limiting nrnet bandwitth of users

    Does anyone know of a program I can install on a windows xp computer to limit it's internet bandwidth to say 256k

    each computer is connected to a router, which is connected to an asdl modem.

    Any ideas on how to stop a single person using all the bandwidth?

    Netlimiter, will need to be installed on all the systems. I use the old 1.3v, not so sure about the new one.

    its only two computers which are bandwidth hoggers, just install netlimiter on them?
