Anyone know if these are actually routers? I.e, can i just attach a switch and use more than one machine on them? Im moving back to the parents for the summer, and if i could use the WRT54G i have in access point mode that would be toptastic.

iirc I think it's the 100/105 which has a USB port and a network connection port.
the one i have is the 210
right, after a quick google, it seems like its at least possible with a 205, so i assume it is with the 210 too. Ill have to see when i bring my router home if itll work properly. ill update the thread when i do.
pretty sure these are regular routers. Only seen one, at mu uncles place. connected to the PC using the ethernet cable and it just connected no problem. I don't even know if there is a username/password storred in it, i think everything is based on the phone line/number you connect on.
Will have to check which BT router I've got at home (only installed this month), but no problem connecting my WAP to it and running either a wireless or wired network from there..

update, this works fine. I had to set the router's dhcp setting to dhcp forwarder, rather than having it doling out its own address, but otherwise its great.
